Grief Group
Grief touches every one of us, yet we often feel so utterly alone in it. We created Grief Group so for just a little while you can sit down, let out that breath you’ve been holding, drop your shoulders, and lay down the mask you wear for the rest of the world. This isn't a stiff and stuffy session where you're required to stand up and introduce yourself., no show and tell required. It is led by you…the person being brave enough to walk through the door. This isn’t a therapy session, this is a place to know that you're surrounded by others that have experienced grief so deep they feel like they're drowning. It's safe. It’s judgement free. We hope to share this sacred space with you.

Our loved ones live on in us every single day, this workshop is going to allow us to show them off!
Grief is heavy, uncomfortable, and downright hear wrenching. But it also proof of the never ending love we have for them.
Sometimes it’s sobbing, screaming, or silence..other times it’s laughing with tears running down our face. This workshop is going to a place for all of it!
